Hexleap Private Limited (“Hexleap,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) does not offer refunds for any services rendered. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review project requirements, timelines, and deliverables outlined in the contract or agreement before initiating a project.
While we do not provide refunds, Hexleap is committed to ensuring client satisfaction by delivering services in alignment with the agreed-upon terms. Any concerns or issues should be promptly communicated to us for resolution.
If changes to the project scope are required after work has begun, these adjustments will be managed as per the terms of the signed agreement. Additional fees may apply for scope changes or added deliverables.
In the event of a disagreement regarding deliverables or services, Hexleap encourages amicable discussions to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled as outlined in the signed agreement and governed by Indian law.
