Hexleap respects and upholds the confidentiality of client projects. All intellectual property rights associated with the project belong to the client unless explicitly stated otherwise. Exceptions include Hexleap’s proprietary assets, such as our website or internal tools, which remain our property.

Hexleap is committed to delivering high-quality services within the agreed timelines. However, we shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., client inaction, third-party issues).

Hexleap’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or project in question.
